votekicking is something that's been problematic in pf since the beginning. it's always too easy or too hard to votekick. like you said, probably impossible to get right.

This has been in the game a long time, but it's never really been a big deal. It seems to have changed over time though. Here's the old version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRmI1r-P2Yw which allowed you to get stuck at various frames of a reload animation.
The modern version is similar. If your gun is able to be reloaded, throw a grenade and press R. Your animation will break for a moment before the gun returns and it's stuck halfway through it's reload animation. The game plays normally after this, just with a broken model. Worse however is if you throw a grenade, press R, then click immediately, you will be permanently stuck holding a grenade which never explodes with no option but to force respawn.

The way most of the people here use the forum is just like a discord server which is why the forum is so trash, but that's a community issue, not a platform issue.

I only own Rainbow Six on UPlay, but i've got 360ish hours in that. I play Tetris on the NES which obviously doesn't count hours but if i had to guess, it'd be over 2000
