Not quite the same as my Auto M110K5 dream gun, tho…
I'd make the CBJ-MS and PP-2000 PDWs/SMGs since they're a little bit larger than typical machine pistols, but I'd also like to add the Stechkin APS and Steyr TMP as proper machine pistols (TMP is the stockless predecessor of the MP9, another thing I'd consider a PDW/SMG).
Finally got my account here.
That being said...
I sort of like the idea of both increased recoil and fire rate, maybe with an additional recoil recovery penalty. It's a bit more realistic and should be balanced fine.
Also, combine this with the Muzzle Booster and you have insane fun with ridiculous kick.
Mk14 EBR would be a select-fire battle rifle, unlike how CoD inaccurately portrays it. I believe the gun you're going for is the M39 EMR, which is almost identical except for being accurized and semi-auto.
We should also get a more unique DMR, like the M110K5 integrally-suppressed rifle (which was also unrealistically portrayed as a select-fire BR in Battlefield Hardline, although there are realistic ways to include a select-fire variant).
Not all weapons in PF can accept all of the suppressors featured in PF. Some suppressors are designed for specific rounds and would be destroyed (likely taking the gun barrels with them) if you somehow managed to attach them to a larger-caliber gun.
The R2 suppressor is the "Rotex 2" MP7 suppressor, designed specifically for the gun and ammo type.
The PBS-1 is designed for the 7.62 AK family of rifles, although it could work with other 7.62mm-diameter rounds or smaller, just not quite as well.
The PBS-4 is designed specifically for the AKS-74U "Krinkov" and the 5.45mm round, although it could work on other weapons chambered for the same round if the barrel threading is compatible.
The AK-12 variants in PF are based on earlier prototypes of the weapons. The officially adopted models have a very different look and swap the 3-round "hyper burst" for a two-round burst (not sure if it's a "hyper burst" or not).
Almost all semi-fictional AK-12 weapons in PF have real-life counterparts:
AKU-12 = AK-12K
AK-12C = AK-15K
RPK-12 = RPK-16
The DBV-12 was a prototype variant of an already prototype-model weapon and was cancelled very early on. The closest comparable real-life weapon is the Vepr-12.
Specifically, this is the Galil ARM, which would be an LMG, but there's also an AR, a BR, a Carbine, and a DMR.
