When you kill someone and they leave within 10 seconds, you are awarded a smol XP bonus:
[+100] Rage Quit!
This is a joke but it would be funny to have in the game.
Now that I think of it, do any of you have other ideas for new XP bonuses?
This site is dead to me.
My last post on this topic kind of died, and I have gathered more thoughts on votekicks.
I'm just gonna go straight into the suggestion:
1. New syntax: /votekick:player:reason(optional)
2. New pop-up: Shows the usual stuff, but added reason along with the accused player stats like rank, kills, deaths, time played, etc. If the votekicker decides to not give a reason, the pop up will say "reason not provided or is invalid"
3. Better flexibility: Players can now change their vote before the timer finishes.
4. Message pop-up: When you are about to initiate a votekick, a message will pop up on the screen with written rules of votekicking, along with warnings about what happens when it's abused. This will only show up the first time of every week when you start a votekick as a reminder of the rules.
5. An automated system will scan the reason and reject the reason if it is not valid. Examples:
Gun "abuse" invalid: Shows up on the reason box as "invalid reason" on the vote pop - up. If the votekicker puts the reason as "AA-12 spam", it will be invalidated but will still start the kick. (this may be changed)
However, this may cause a problem with people bypassing it by putting the reason as "hacking". To prevent this, the automated system will calculate the likelihood of them cheating based on recent performance and playtime, and the likelihood will show up on the votekick pop - up.
6. There will be a 5 second delay until the pop - up will allow other players to vote against a player, this will grab their attention and allow them to quickly read the information before making their decision, as most players press Y without looking.
7. Votekick data gathering: StyLis staff will have access to other player's votekick data: how many times they were kicked, how many times they kicked, etc. This will help identify cheaters, but it won't influence the ban decision.
8. Punishments will be more apparent: Currently, punishments are just a slap on the wrist to those who are constantly abusing the votekick system.
You will only gain an infraction if there is clear evidence that you intended abuse of the system or have been caught kicking someone for an invalid reason. Every 2 weeks you will lose your latest infraction.
1st infraction: chat banned for 1 in - game hour.
2nd infraction: chat banned for 6 in - game hours.
3rd infraction: chat banned for 12 in - game hours.
4th infraction: chat banned for for 1 in - game day
5th infraction: chat ban for 3 in - game days, permanent removal of votekick permission..
Players who receive infractions will need to read an infraction message of which will show you your punishment, infraction info, and the rules of votekicking before being able to play the game again.
Future infractions will be a repetition of the 5th infraction, and losing an infraction won't begin the last punishment due to the latest one running out.
Also, most chat bans will run out based on play time, not real life time. This is to prevent someone from sleeping off a chat ban.
Please state your opinions about my suggestion. I may expand this.
My votekick idea:
There should be a little menu next to team spawn that says "Start votekick". Clicking this would bring up a menu that allows you to select a player on either team.
Selecting the player will spectate them and shows their stats like rank, KDR, ect.
When you click on the player, you will be able to select several votekick reasons: Hacking/cheating, Unfair glitching, Chat abuse, Roblox TOS.
You click "Confirm" and a warning message pops up: "Please only start a votekick if this player is doing any aforementioned actions, abuse of this votekick system may put your account at risk of a penalty. Confirm?"
There will be a 1 minute votekick cooldown and one person can only kick twice per server.
Clicking confirm again will start the usual votekick, but it will have modifications.
Another possible thing?:
When someone gets votekicked and they are on the Stylis server (and verified), the Stylis Bot will ping them in a new channel that shows people who have been votekicked, and the roblox usernames that have started the kick. This will make it easy for the game staff to track down potential votekick abusers.
Stylis Bot:" @discord-user You have been votekicked by [Roblox-user] for [reason]. If this is not a valid reason for your kick, please contact a game staff."
Stylis seems to be going towards a weighted votekick system. I have decided to make a new post about it.

Aight, time for the suggestion.
You can now change your vote during a votekick.
Votekick abusers will receive punishments immediately. If votekicks are abused enough, the user will lose the privilege of the votekick system.
The syntax will be /votekick:user:reason(optional), or /vk:user:reason(optional)
A new window will pop - up that will ask for confirmation of the votekick. Press Y to confirm and N to cancel, there will be a 3 second delay until you can confirm.
= When you are about to confirm the votekick, the console will list the votekick rules in the chat, along with warnings about the system being abused and any possible consequences.
The chat will be frozen while this message appears. It will stay for the duration of the votekick.
Chat has been frozen, votekick in progress. (User), review the rules below before starting a kick or voting: FALSE REASONS: The player isn't playing the way you want them to, they are performing well, they shot you through a wall, etc. VALID REASONS: 1. The player is clearly cheating with clear evidence. 2. The player is spamming chat or being vile. 3. The player is intentionally being toxic. If you choose to abuse this system, your account will be penalized.
Once the kick has been initiated, a modified version of the current window will appear. There will be a 3 second delay until you can vote. And the message will stay for an additional 10 seconds after the kick is complete.
Kick (accused user)? Initiator: (username) [status: Trusted/Neutral/Untrusted] Reason: (reason provided) (user)'s stats: (kdr), (rank). [Yes: Y] [Unsure: U] [No: N] [Report: hold P]
You can now report a votekick window! The window will be sent to the server staff, along with chat information in case the person is getting kicked for chat spam/abuse. And to avoid spamming the staff, one report will be sent instead of 10 in case 10 people report the window.
If an accused user leaves the server during a votekick, they will not have permission to join that server.
Status means the votekick weight of the person starting the votekick. This is to indicate if a player is an abuser, new, or a trustworthy player.
Neutral: Current vote requirements
Trusted: Reduced requirements, may need only 70% of the current requirements.
Untrusted: Increased requirements of 20% to 30%
You earn any according status naturally as you play the game, votekick cheaters and abusers, reporting rule breakers, etc. Not doing anything will net you the Neutral status. Doing what is not intended will give you the Untrusted status, and you will of course be at increased risk of losing votekick permissions.
When a votekick is started, anyone can spectate the accused by using this helpful command: /spectate or /spec (yeah that's it, simple.).
This is what votekick abuse looks like: (im the guy that got kicked)
That's all I have in my mind currently, suggest things in the replies.
I find the AN-94 to be more effective on Auto, but it is mildly annoying that we have to press V every time we spawn. And it would be nice if fire modes saved per life so that it stays at the mode you were previously using.
To make it clear, Auto for the AN-94 is a pseudo - burst, it starts as a 2 round burst, and then it lowers to a stable 600 fire rate. Also, you can tap the Auto fire mode to make it a burst anyways.
Check mark: I agree
X: I disagree
In my opinion, the C7A2 long barrel change is not needed. The muzzle velocity increase was the fun part of the weapon, which of course turned it into a clap gun. The muzzle velocity alone helps the weapon perform at long ranges, which is the purpose of the long barrel.
The sound made by the muzzle velocity is not so bad it needs to be removed completely, it is what makes both the C7A2 and L86 special in a way. when you get shot by these weapons, you instantly know which weapon it is, and that is one interesting thing about them. The bullet cracks are completely fine as they currently stand, it does not make them overpowered in any way, because you can counter sound by lowering your volume. It's not even that loud.
The RPK74 buff feels out of place due to how the AK74 is a downgrade from it. These two weapons need to be balanced in a way that makes both viable instead of an LMG being a straight upgrade (which makes some sense but it's unfortunate.) Please buff the Ak74 as well, but both weapons don't need massive buffs, only minor buffs to make them compete.
And I'm fine with the suppression buff on the L86, but I'd rather it be increased to 1.4 while retaining the muzzle velocity. If clap guns are a major concern (which it isn't), then why can't StyLis Studios just nerf the sound itself?
What are your thoughts on these balance changes?
As you all know, votekicking is far from perfect and we are seeing more abuse than cheaters being votekicked.
I'm too lazy to write two paragraphs on why the system needs to be changed, so here is a video by Billycurve that explains what I am getting at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5PBm0ihM_WU (sellout btw)
We should work together and brainstorm any changes we can think of that will minimize the abuse of the system, and maximize the use for how it is intended.
Side note: I do not intend to "force" StyLis to change their system. Development takes time. This post is entirely for sharing our ideas and hopefully assisting development in the process.
I honestly think that StyLis should forget about equipment changing stats and just make them a new customization tab.
Example: all your customization including weapons, skins, loadouts, and character customizations will be in the equipment menu so that you can access it all at once.
It's not smart to give equipment stats, since it will RUIN weapon balancing.
There are weapons that have strange vertical recoil, a kind of recoil pattern that makes it hard to hit the same target because some bullets go above the enemy and some will go below. That's why lots of weapons are used with Compensator, Folding Grip to overall reduce horizontal and vertical recoil.
It's mainly preference though.
Muffler or loudener
This setup is very fun to use. The fire sound of the muffled version sounds just like a ZIP 22, which is great if you want to confuse your enemies. The loudener is your choice if you want your glock to deafen yourself.
Two shot to the chest at close range, three shot to the chest at long range. Provided you're accurate, this is essentially a pocket DMR. Always aim at center mass if you want to be effective at almost every range. Unfortunately this cannot one shot to the head, but the fire rate and long range quirks make up for it.
I may create more of these posts as a series. Have you tried this setup, do you like it?
