Yes, I am aware the PSD exists as a multicaliber version of this pistol, but suggesting that would be redundant since we already have a few guns in 10mm and 9mm. However I may suggest it at a later time if this gains enough traction.
Also for those wondering, 7.5 FK is 7.5x27mm
-
KommandoKazumi what 10mm semi auto pistol do we have in this game? I really wish we had a Glock 20, but I doubt that is coming
-
doublepiedavid Gun in general. MP5/10 comes to mind.
-
KommandoKazumi a 10mm pistol wouldn’t be redundant then
-
doublepiedavid Fine, fine. You got me there. But any relevant comments about the suggestion? Perhaps balance changes?
-
KommandoKazumi this thing is a superweapon like the AA12 and M107 irl and frankly it can’t be a balanced and realistic at the same time. It would work better as a primary weapon, perhaps as a stocked pistol in the carbine class
-
doublepiedavid I'd hate to break it to you but there is no stock.
-
KommandoKazumi but make it do 90-some damage to the torso and 1sk head, basically a primary deagle .44

-
doublepiedavid If the deagle can do that, why not this pistol (granted, 50x1.3 is south of 90 damage)? That just seems unnecessary given it IS a pistol. And a healthier alternative to the L5 as well.
-
doublepiedavid Huh. Still doesn't make it into a carbine. That's about the same as the G-Stock for the glock.
-
KommandoKazumi this is a low recoil pistol that holds 15 rounds that are as powerful as a .44 magnum, it would be OP as a secondary, but as a primary it could be competitive, especially against guns like the jury and 1858 carbine
-
doublepiedavid The L5 deagle and 1911 w/ 50GI would like to disagree with you there. This is staying as a pistol, regardless.
-
KommandoKazumi k, in that case limit the reserve to one spare magazine to reflect the incredibly rare nature of this gun’s ammo, and move it to the revolver pool
-
KommandoKazumi and make the handling miserable for a pistol
-
doublepiedavid It's a pistol, and the ammo is commercially available, granted, in limited supplies.
Also if ammo shortages were modeled then the P90 and Five-seveN would only have 2 spare mags at most in-game while the 1911, glock and other weapons would be overflowing with reserve ammo.
-
doublepiedavid Also it's literally just a slightly beefier Beretta 92. It was designed to have "no more recoil than a 1911 with a .45 Plus P hot load" which was achieved with a recoil impulse almost on par with the 1911 firing normal rounds despite it's larger and more powerful caliber.
-
KommandoKazumi the small reserve also makes it hard to use this as a primary.
Also, this is nowhere near the ammo shortage that the 5.7mm has. Only one company makes ammo, they sell it at ~$2 a shot, and you have to buy it online because gun stores don’t carry weird stuff like this
-
1: this is a CZ75 based design
2: “slightly beefier” This thing is as big as a Deagle
3: I know how this gun works and can describe it in detail
