SteveTheIgnorant I disagree. Test Place is made for testing the guns, and new features before they're released. By limiting what all goes into it, you basically take away a good portion of the reason it exists. I also want to say that noobs are already welcome to play in it, but it should never center or care for them, as they can't test things like higher-ranks and better players can.
