urbanestdog45, the irl SLAP sabots have more or the same energy, it's just behind a smaller projectile, allowing it to move faster than a regular round. It also increases damage due to a higher speed meaning ahigher impact. The only reason that Stylis made the SLAP rounds weaker is for tradeoff of higher pen for less damage.
