Why cant we have a flag system like in the old forum, where a post is hidden and not deleted?
Why do we, as a community, have no input in whether or not a content is acceptable or not, and have to rely solely on mods being objective and not being abusive with their power?
Take for example, this:
Why the fuck did this get deleted again?
Is it because I used the word "degenerate" and sound like a nazi talking about jews? Too bad, degenerate is a totally normal word:
having lost the physical, mental, or moral qualities considered normal and desirable; showing evidence of decline.
What about this:
This does not give us any context whatsoever about the message, we dont know why it was deleted, we dont know if the mod did it out of personal reason or because they (we are being gender neutral here) were enforcing the tos. For all we know, this guy might have posted some vital infos about coronavirus and how Epstein's death caused it, leading to the post's deletion by the Clintons.
In conclusion, this system is horrible, it grants total control of posts to mods, the community doesnt have any input in this system, and we dont know if the deletion is justified or not.
Stop this mass purging of posts, and either revamped this system so people actually know why the fuck their posts were deleted, or switch over to the old flagging system.
Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk
Seriously tho, fix this shit.
